In January 2019, Thermohouse commenced construction of a 65-unit Social Housing Development at Derreen, in Killarney, County Kerry. This development is in partnership with Clúid Housing Agency.
Clúid is a provider of high-quality affordable housing and is the largest housing agency in Ireland. The 65-unit housing development consists of three-bed houses and two-bed houses, making it the biggest development that Clúid have taken on outside of Dublin.
The 65 houses & 18 apartments will provide high quality social housing to families and single people on Kerry County Council’s housing list.
