Thermowall manufacturing process

Our Thermowall manufacturing process begins in our factory with Neopor polystyrene bead. The EPS bead is expanded to 10 times its original size, using steam. This material is then injected into a mould to create the block form with the 2 leaves of EPS being tied together with galvanised steel inserts.
