Background Information
Thermohouse received Planning for 18 Apartments in Jan-2020. In February 2020, Thermohouse commenced phase 2 construction of an 18 apartment Social Housing Development. This development is in partnership with Clúid Housing Agency.
Clúid is a provider of high-quality affordable housing and is the largest housing agency in Ireland. The 18 apartments join the 65-unit housing development at Derreen.
The Apartment Block was constructed in 7 working weeks.
