Executive Summary

Badwell Ash is located in Suffolk and is a 2 storey house and garage project built using Thermohouse ICF.

Our Client just returned from abroad and wanted an energy efficient house in a picturesque corner of Suffolk.

The ground floor has an area of about 350 sq/m.

Thermohouse UK use a team of experts and specialised installers for this rapid build project. Our technical team are available throughout the process to offer any guidance that is required, ensuring a streamlined building process.

Thermohouse have made great progress with the main house shell built in 10 weeks, plus rapid progress on a separate double garage with a studio space on top.

For this project we used our 160mm Thermofloor panels for the 1st floor slab.

150 sqm of internal 250mm Thermowall block

360 sqm of our Thermoroof panels acting as the slopped roof over 1st
