Housing Development: Millstreet, Cork

Project Overview

This rapid build housing development consists of a 5 turnkey houses by MC Group in collaboration with Thermohouse & Cork County Council.

The houses are divided into a block of 2 and block of 3, all similarly designed 2 storey houses. The houses are using our new innovative 350mm external block, 250mm internal block, with 160mm Thermofloor panel on the first floor and our Thermoroof. All site works (windows, doors, roof finish, render, brick slip and internal fit out) are being completed as part of this MC Group project.

MC Group & Thermohouse commenced onsite in October 2020 with a 5 month building program completed in March 2021.
