This impressive property in Cobham, built using our Thermowall ICF blocks features a 90 square metres enclosed pool. The back of the basement is in the lower garden level with the front enveloped into the surrounding hill, totalling an area of 420 square metres with gym and spa plus technical rooms.

The Ground floor+ 1st+ 2nd total 1100 square metres with the ground floor being the largest of the 3 floors. The 1st level is equal in area to this but the walls on back of the house step in allowing us to form 154 square metres of terraces overlooking the back garden and the stunning Surrey Shire landscape.

The 2nd floor steps in more, so we formed the lower roof over the 1st floor and main roof over the 2nd slab. Our roof area is 500 square metres.

This property has 2 staircases, a beautiful atrium is at the main entrance which is very spacious – over 50 square metres.

There is also 2 lifts (main one for owners and the 2nd for maintenance personnel)
